This is not “fatal”! You just need to reconnect them. This process is simple and does not require intervention from our service center.

If necessary, replace them with new ones. After all, in most cases, it is faulty batteries that cause the remote control to malfunction.
Let's consider the synchronization process using the example of the 5 most popular remote controls for lamps of our brand.
Ardiente Series
Look at your remote control. If it looks like this, with a button in the center with a radio signal image, then the procedure for setting it up is as follows:
- Turn off the lamp with the wall switch;
- Point the remote control towards the lamp and press and hold the button with the radio signal image;
- Without releasing the button on the remote control, turn on the lamp;
- Wait until the lamp flashes once, then release the button on the remote control.

Illuminator Series
If you have an Illuminator series lamp, the process for synchronizing the remote control is as follows:
- Turn on the lamp with the wall switch;

simultaneously, pressing and holding one of the three buttons labeled “ON” at the bottom of the button block, turn on the lamp with the switch.
Successful programming will be confirmed by flashing.
If it is necessary to reset the remote control settings, turn off the lamp with the wall switch for at least 10 seconds and turn it on again while simultaneously holding the button labeled “OFF” on the remote control. The lamp will blink once, indicating successful clearing of settings.
DLP Series
Programming the DLP series remote control, which can simultaneously control four groups of lamps, which are programmed to individual buttons.
Setting all groups of lamps to one remote control?
- Turn on the lamps with a wall switch.
- Press the red button three times within 5 seconds. Confirmation of successful setting will be a slow "fading" of the lamp, after which it will turn on by itself.
Setting to individual groups:
- Turn on the selected group of lamps with a wall switch. Then press the selected button A,B,C or D three times within 5 seconds. Slow switching off and on is confirmation of successful setting.
MLR2R, Beijing, Cloud, MLR or DecoLine series
In order to set up synchronization of the remote control with the SVETKOMPLEKT MLR2R, Beijing, Cloud, MLR or DecoLine series of lamps, you must first reset the settings. How to do this?
- Turn off the lamp with the wall switch for at least 30 seconds.
- Press and hold the “OFF” button on the remote control for about 3 seconds and turn on the wall switch again;
- The lamp will blink once, which indicates a successful reset of the binding.
The “binding” of the remote control is as follows:
- Turn off the lamp with the wall switch for at least 30 seconds;
- Simultaneously press and hold the “ON” button on the remote control for about 3 seconds and turn on the wall switch;
- The lamp will blink twice. This indicates a successful binding.
