The LIGHT SET Ukraine service center provides warranty and post-warranty repairs of LED lamps purchased from the lightset.ua online store or from partner stores “Epicenter K” and “Nova Liniya”.

Our service center DOES NOT SELL spare parts for LED lamps! In particular, drivers and other components for repair!
Individual electrical parts of the device are NOT ACCEPTED for repair! Devices are accepted for repair only in full configuration, with the exception of removable diffusers (ceiling lights).
How to send the product for repair to the service center?
Deliver the device to our service center in person or via Nova Poshta delivery to the following address:

Important!
The logistics costs of delivering the device to the service center and back to the consumer are paid by the consumer. If the shipping is not paid, it will be returned.
To save on the delivery of the lamp to the service center, we recommend packing the device in the original packaging, which should be kept during the service life.
Diagnostics and repair
Diagnostics of the device is carried out within three working days from the moment of receipt of the device at the delivery service branch.
Repair of lighting devices is carried out within 14 working days from the moment of receipt of the device by the service manager and provided that all necessary parts for repair are available.
Diagnostics and repair of devices subject to warranty repair are performed FREE OF CHARGE!
Important to know!
Devices with traces of third-party interference in the repair are NOT ACCEPTED!
Do not try to repair lighting devices yourself! Incorrect diagnostics can lead to irreversible damage to the entire device! In the event of a technical malfunction of a lamp of our trademark, contact us immediately!
Our service center provides a 3-month warranty on the repair work performed.
Refusal to repair
Our service center has the right to refuse warranty repair of the device in the following cases:
Absence of documents (fiscal receipt) confirming the fact of purchase of the product, the warranty period of which has not yet expired.
Defect of the device caused by mechanical damage due to careless use or violation of operating conditions.
Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of operation, incorrect connection of the device, overloading the device with voltage, short circuit at the device output, application of unacceptable voltage to external contacts, etc.
Foreign objects, water or other liquids entering the device due to the fault of the customer.
Damage due to excess mains voltage.
Detection of attempts to repair the equipment independently.
Increased dust and moisture content in the room where the device was used, if the operating conditions do not correspond to those specified in the product passport.
In case of refusal to repair, the device will be returned to the consumer.
Repair process
After receiving the faulty device and diagnosing it, the service center manager enters data about the device into our database, where the customer can track the repair status. After that, the manager informs the consumer about the cost of the repair.
If the consumer or his representative agrees to the repair, the service center begins troubleshooting work and generates an invoice for payment. After paying the bill, the consumer can pick up the device themselves or receive it through the Nova Poshta delivery service.
The cost of non-warranty repairs is calculated based on the price of used spare parts and an estimate of labor costs.
