Sometimes it happens that the lamp stops responding to the remote control commands. In most cases, this does not mean that one of them is broken.

The thing is that the remote controls that are included with most models of our lamps use a radio signal to communicate with the lighting device. Therefore, in the “ocean” of radio waves that surround them, they sometimes get lost, which leads to a loss of connection.

This is not “fatal”! You just need to reconnect them. This process is simple and does not require intervention from our service center.

For a successful result, make sure that the batteries inside the remote are working!

If necessary, replace them with new ones. After all, in most cases, it is faulty batteries that cause the remote control to malfunction.

Let's consider the synchronization process using the example of the 5 most popular remote controls for lamps of our brand.

Ardiente series:

Turn off the lamp with the wall switch;

Point the remote control towards the lamp and press and hold the button with the image of a radio signal;

Without releasing the button on the remote control, turn on the lamp;

Wait until the lamp flashes once, then release the button on the remote control.

The remote control is bound to the lamp.

Illuminator series:

Turn on the lamp with the wall switch;

Press the “ON” button on the remote control and hold it for about 3 seconds. The lamp will flash several times, which will confirm successful “binding”.

Programming the memory buttons is done in a similar way:

Adjust the lighting to your liking;

Press the M1 or M2 button and hold it until the lamp flashes once, after which this mode will be assigned to the selected button.

HOME Series:

To program one of the channel control buttons, follow these steps:

while simultaneously pressing and holding one of the three buttons labeled “ON” at the bottom of the button block, turn on the lamp with the switch.

Successful programming will be confirmed by blinking.

If it is necessary to reset the remote control settings, turn off the lamp with the wall switch for at least 10 seconds and turn it on again while simultaneously holding the “OFF” button on the remote control. The lamp will blink once, which will indicate that the settings have been successfully cleared.

DLP Series. These remote controls can simultaneously control four groups of lamps that are programmed to separate buttons.

Setting up all groups of lamps on one remote control?

Turn on the lamps with the wall switch.

Within 5 seconds, press the red button three times. Confirmation of successful setup will be the slow "fading" of the lamp, after which it will turn on by itself.

Setting up individual groups:

Turn on the selected group of lamps with the wall switch. Then press the selected button A,B,C or D three times within 5 seconds. Slow switching off and on is confirmation of successful setup.

Done!

MLR2R, Beijing, Cloud, MLR or DecoLine series, you must first reset the settings. How to do this?

Turn off the lamp with the wall switch for at least 30 seconds;

Simultaneously press and hold the button labeled "ON" on the remote control for about 3 seconds, and turn on the wall switch;

The lamp will blink twice. This indicates successful binding.

As you can see, synchronizing and programming remote controls for LIGHT SET brand lamps takes no more than a minute.
